Disney World {Part III} Legoland

We took one day to go over to Legoland since it just opened in October. It sure was amazing to see what they could make out of legos throughout the park. They had rides for the children and a water show that we saw.

Here are some pictures of things made entirely out of legos.

The brother with a snoring man. He really snored.

Here is Darth Vader with the brother.

An entire car made out of Legos... FOR REAL!

The brother and Dad somehow got in this picture.

How do they do this??

Campbell and the chef.

The waterfall was even made out of legos.. Just kidding. That would have been cool though.

This looks real..

Silly Campbell acting like a clown.

Even a Christmas Tree out of legos.

The coolest part of Legoland is the Mini Land. I will let the pictures do the talking.

I promise this is my last post about my trip to Disney. See you soon Mickey!

Disney World {Part II}

Continuing with my trip to Disney, we saw lots of lights throughout the parks. One night we went to Hollywood Studios and saw "The Osborne Family Spectacle Of Dancing Light Show".  No, it's not named after the famous Osborne family, because we all thought it was.  It is actually named after a family in Arkansas.

The last night we were in Disney, we went to the Light Show at Magic Kingdom.  Pretty incredible.

Here is the castle all lit up from a far.

We were waiting for the parade to start.

Lots of food was also consumed on this trip. And when I say lots, I mean A LOT! Thank goodness we walked miles and miles and miles...

Here was a dessert at an Italian restaurant in Epcot. YUMMY!

Fun glasses were worn at The Muppets 3D Movie. That's Merritt with me.

Spotted: Lightning McQueen in Hollywood Studios.

And Nemo was found in Epcot!

Next stop.. LEGOLAND!

Disney World {Part 1}

Well, we conquered about every square mile of Disney World last week.  I don't think I have ever walked that much in my life but I enjoyed every minute! Enjoy my trip in 300 pictures!

When we arrived, we went straight to dinner with the Prince and Princesses!

Here I am with Prince Charming.

Merritt with Cinderella!

Merritt and Campbell with the evil Stepsister.

Mimi and I with the girls in the lobby of the Grand Floridian.

My brother Todd and his wife Jenn with their girls.

The next morning, we were up at 5:30 am bright and early to get to The Magic Kingdom before the gates opened.

First up, the Dumbo ride.

Thank goodness we only had to ride this once..

And I definitely did not participate in this ride.

But Merritt was nice and hung out with me on the sidelines.

We saw lots of characters throughout our trip. Stitch was our first stop in Magic Kingdom.

Of course I had to get a picture with Chip and Dale.

And Mom and Dad did as well.

Donald the duck in Frontier Land.

And my favorite Princess, Belle.

M I C K E Y  M O U S E!

I'm not a big fan of Winnie the Pooh but Tigger was a must!  GO TIGERS!

The last night we were in Disney, we went to Chef Mickey's for dinner. If anyone is going to Disney World, I suggest you make reservations to go. We all had the best time at dinner.

Goofy was hilarious! No for real, he was. He had all of us rolling. Here he is signing Merritt's book on top of her head.

Now there was some magic that happened one morning at this ride..

First, we got to meet Aladdin and Jasmine.

Can't forget my picture!

And then this happened..

Yes, that's right.  Merritt got to ride with Aladdin and Campbell with Jasmine.

We got their so early that NO one else was around and the characters suggested riding with the girls.  Made my day and the girls! (Their handler said that does not happen very often because usually they have a long line to see them.)

It's not a Disney trip if you don't take a picture in front of the castle.

Momma and I in front of Mickey and Minnie. I loved these with the Santa hats!

To be continued..
