Monograms and Mimosa's!

This past Sunday we hosted a Monogram and Mimosa's shower at my parents house. Everything turned out wonderful and everyone had a great time. Thanks for the bridesmaids for helping my mom and I put this on for Hollie.  Here are some pictures from the shower (of course I forgot to take some of the decorations):

Yummy cupcakes created by moi!

A monogrammed tissue box cover!

Fun tray with Hollie's new initials!

Awesome gift!

This was one of my favorite gifts Hollie got!

My flower creation Hollie wore.

10 days and counting...

Fall Back..

Don't forget to set your clocks back an hour on Saturday night!

So every night before bed, I always set my alarm and then double check to make sure it's set. I have that fear that my alarm isn't going to go off and I'm going to be late. Well wouldn't you know, this morning my clock decided to set itself back an hour!!!! UMM hello alarm clock, it's not Sunday yet. You are actually 2 days early! (However, I did enjoy that extra hour of sleep.)

Thank goodness my employee that comes in at the same time as me could cover until I got to work.

In other news, I am glad the Tigers have a weekend off. I don't think I'm over last weeks loss yet. That hurt big time. It definitely wasn't fun watching Clemson loose with Carolina fans either.

However, I am going to miss watching this boy play on Saturday. Guess I will have to patiently wait another week.

This Sunday, myself and 4 bridesmaids are giving Hollie a Monogram and Mimosa Shower at my parents house. I can't wait to see everyone and "shower" Hollie with love! I honestly can't believe the wedding is 2 weeks away from tomorrow. It feels like just yesterday, I was getting a phone call from Hollie saying her and Manning were engaged.

Have a wonderful weekend!

What I'm loving.. Thursday V.1

Last Friday, my mom and I went and got pedicures since I had the day off. I couldn't decide on what color to choose since it was time to get rid of my standard summer OPI Cajun Shrimp color.

Then I came across this color:
OPI's You Don't Know Jacques!

SOLD! I now have my new favorite winter color.. 3 other girls were waiting to use the color after myself too. Must be a popular choice this winter!

Next, meet the newest member of the Graham Family: Lucy. Yup, that's right. Mom, I mean us, crazy folks got ANOTHER dog! The count is up to 3 dogs now. She was just too cute and sweet to pass up!

Lucy is a toy poodle that is 6 months old. That is how big she will be and at night she is so black she is hard to find.  (Yes she has a pink bow in her hair!) We adopted her from a family that couldn't take care of her anymore.

Here she is with her new sister, Sophie! They just love each other.

As you can tell, it's hard to get a picture where you can actually see her. I'm going to have to work on that this weekend.

About 2 weeks ago, I was in the Fresh Market getting something for dinner. Well, if any of you know, you can't go into the Fresh Market for just one thing. It doesn't happen.  As I'm standing at the check out, these haunted me and starting calling my name.

These are similar to the ones I bought.
HALLOWEEN CHOCOLATE COVERED PRETZELS!
(Of course, I didn't take a picture of the ones I bought and now there are only a few left.) And boy, were they delicious. I could only eat a few at a sitting because they are just too sweet. Who am I kidding??

Anyone know what show these 3 girls are on??

Yup, Charlie's Angels.  Its one of my roommates and I new favorite shows that comes on Thursday nights.  Too bad I heard it's getting cancelled after the first season, go figure. I guess we don't have good taste in TV programs these days.

Of course I can't forget to mention the leaves. I'm going to be so sad when all the colorful leaves fall from the trees. I love driving around town and looking out the window at work at all the different color of leaves on trees.

Such a gorgeous time of the year that I am thankful for.

A Graham kind of Halloween..

I couldn't help but share what my nieces and nephews dressed up as for Halloween. Doesn't get any cuter than this.

All the way from Germany we have..

James as Ron from Harry Potter and Noah as Commander Cody from Star Wars. (Noah had to go "mask up" because he couldn't see out of his mask.)

I feel that James looks A LOT like Ron too.. stunt double possibly?

Now we move on to OZ..

Merritt as Dorothy and Campbell as Toto.

Of course their American Girl dolls had to dress up too!

Here we have the Fleming Family.

Andrew as SWAT, Luke as Darth Vader, and Lauren as Fancy Nancy.

Every time I look at this picture, it makes me laugh. Totally fits their personalities to a T.

The whole family including Heather and Mike. Where are y'alls costumes? Slackers..
Please note Lauren's mouth covered in candy. She has one sweet tooth! I wonder how long it took them to get Lauren to sleep last night?

Last but not least, we have Abigail as Cleopatra..Love the head dress.

Abigail with one of her friends Trick or Treating.

Now of course I can't forget to include myself dressed up.  I had a Halloween party to go to on Saturday night. Here I am "Goose" from Top Gun. By the end of the night, I changed my name tag to "Maverick". We all had a blast minus the Clemson loss.. that definitely put a slight damper in the evening.

Myself with my friend Laura. She was "Jessie" from Toy Story.

Here is the group of girls at the party!

I hope everyone had a fun Halloween. I didn't get one trick or treater last night. Thank goodness though because we didn't have any candy in the house.
