Mickey Mouse, Here I Come!

I've got my bags packed, well almost, and I am headed to see Mickey for a week!

Look what I stumbled across at Target last week. Don't you worry, I will be wearing these proudly! I even found red jeans, yes I know, in the bottom of my jean drawer to wear too! Colored jeans are coming back, right? If not, I'll start the trend..

They are even Christmas!

I can't wait to see my nieces reaction when they see my parents and I at the airport in Orlando. They have NO idea we are going too..

A Childhood Favorite..

Yesterday, Mom and I went shopping all day to finish up buying all the Christmas presents for my HUGE family. We leave on Thursday for Disney World for a week, ahhhhhh, can you tell I'm excited? 

I had to get everyone's gifts and wrap them this weekend because I will have NO time when we get back before Christmas is here! YIPPEE! Oh Santa, I have been a good girl this year!

Well, when we got home from shopping, I thought I deserved something fatting and I was craving some chocolate! Hey, we did walk a LOT. So what better than a Chocolate Chip Pizza! I saw the recipe on Pinterest and have been wanting to make it.   I used to get this all the time when I was younger at Pizza Inn in Spartanburg. 

Here is the pizza before I put it in the oven!

It is so easy to make! All you need is the Pillsbury Thin Crust Pizza Dough, 1 stick of butter (sounds like a Paula Dean recipe), 1 small box of Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix, and a 1/2 bag of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips.

Spread the pizza dough out, we used a pizza stone. Melt the stick of the butter and mix it in with the cake mix.  Spread the cake mixture on the dough to the edges. (I didn't do a good job getting it to the edges, as you can see.) Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.  Bake at 400 for 11-14 minutes!

It was soo good and soo sweet I could only eat 1 piece last night.  However, I did eat a piece for lunch today and it was just as good left over!

I will definitely be keeping this recipe!

It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas.. Part 1!

Two weekends ago, I started pulling out Christmas decorations for the house. If any of you know, I LOVE decorating and Christmas is my favorite holiday, so I just couldn't wait any longer to start transforming my house.

Here are some of the decorations I have done.

Starting wtih my TREE! Mom and Dad were so gracious to pick it out for me while I was at work. They drove all the way to NC to get two trees and cut them down too!

 Found these stockings at Marshalls last year. Adorable!

Purchased the small gift at Marshalls, of course, and then my roommate went and got the other one!

Favorite sign.. got at Hobby Lobby last year.

 My new addition this year, a Clemson Christmas Tree! I stumbled across it at Hobby Lobby back in October. I may or may not have put it up when I got it.. 

I have it in my living room so I can see it coming down the stairs in the morning.

Speaking of Clemson, ACC CHAMPIONS!! 

Clemson Santa says, "Welcome to Miami!!"
